National Recovery Month

National Recovery MonthRecovery from alcohol and drug misuse is possible, and support is closer than you might think. That's the message behind National Recovery Month each September, and the work Alcohol and Drug Awareness Council has carried out since 1978 through prevention, treatment, and education. We're proud to stand with everyone in recovery.

WE CAN HELP

The Alcohol and Drug Awareness Council believes that abstinence from consumption of all mind-changing chemicals (including alcohol) is the only current practice that can lead to a successful treatment outcome. And we exist to help people achieve abstinence and be productive.
